Women's Yoga Night

Join us on Friday, September 21st from 7-9 pm in the Great Hall. Yogi Kris Costello will be teaching us about using Yoga for Healthy Hormones, incorporating gentle, relaxation yoga. Kris loves Jesus and loves yoga. She has discerningly navigated the philosophies of yoga and brought them into a Christian context.


Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, or a blanket. Bring one or two pillows as well. If you have extra yoga mats and wouldn't mind sharing with those who don't, please bring those, too. Questions: contact Brook
